Simple to use tool for removing PVC and rubber cable insulation. An integral chisel edge cuts through the insulation - the tool is then rotated around the cable to complete a cut around the circumference. The spring-loaded cable retention arm holds the cable in place. The cutting edge can be rotated by 90° to cut along the cable.
